The English needs some corrections.

Original:

This is my house. It is near the shop. In front of my house there are many cars. Above the house there are blue sky. Under the house there is black ground. On the left side of the house there are other house, and on the right side of it - a small garden. Behind the house there is a river. In the house there are many flats. I am sitting in my flat. On my table there are many learnbooks. I am very busy now, because I am learning sciences. And I have closed my door: now nobody can enter into my room.

Corrected:

On the left side of the house there are other houses, and on the right side of it - a small garden. Behind the house there is a river. In the house there are many flats. I am sitting in my flat. On my table there are many textbooks. I am very busy now, because I am learning sciences. My native language is English. I have never heard of a learnbook. Presumably textbook is meant (a book for course study, for example). If the building is made up of flats I doubt whether it would be called a house. Either an apartment block (U.S.) or block of flats (U.K) or more generally a buiding or residence.
